4. Booking and Payment

– Appointments can be scheduled through our website or via direct contact.

– Payment is required at the time of bookin unless otherwise agreed.

– We accept payments via Stripe integration unless otherwise agreed.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

– Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

– Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the session fee.

– No-shows are non-refundable.

We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Information shared during sessions is kept confidential, except in cases where disclosure is required by law (e.g., harm to self or others).
